Timothy’s French Roast K-cup a True Inspiration

Posted by admin on Nov 2, 2010 in French Roasts, Timothy's, thumbs up |

I’m in this really cool layout design class on Tuesday mornings and today we were assigned a new project. We have to make the packaging for some kind of food product with an uncommon packaging size/shape.

Today we basically just had to choose the food product and come up with the basic design concept. For some reason though, I couldn’t decide what food to create the package for. I sat there for almost an hour nixing every idea that came to me.

As I was leaving the class, annoyed that I didn’t come up with anything, I stopped at the garbage to throw out my disposable cup from my morning’s Timothy’s French Roast Keurig k-cup – and it came to me.  Coffee! I would design a k-cup package! Perfect – I have a passion for it and it’s an odd shape.

Thank you Timothy’s once again! Not only for a delicious tasting French Roast k-cup but for being my inspiration for my new layout design project!
